Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Great for budget-conscious shoppers

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand dancewear needs to fit perfectly to support your performance. If something isn’t quite right, our flexible return policy makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Return Policy Details

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Dance Underwear (for hygiene reasons)
    • Footless Tights (once packaging is opened)
    • Custom-made or altered costumes (including debut performance costumes)
    • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

How to Return an Item

  3. Pack items securely in original packaging when possible

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

  • Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchange Process

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly indicate the item(s) you wish to exchange for
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return
  • For price differences:
    • If more expensive: you’ll need to pay the difference
