At Dancewear Store, we understand that sometimes a costume doesn’t fit quite right or a shoe isn’t the perfect match for your routine. That’s why we’ve created this simple returns process to help you exchange or return items with the same grace as a perfectly executed pirouette.

Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 15 days of receiving your order. For your safety and ours, we cannot accept returns of:

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

1. Initiate your return within 15 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at [email protected] or calling +1 (719) 555-0188.
2. Complete the return form (template provided below).
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging if possible.
4. Ship your return to our address (provided in your return authorization email).

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
• Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Note: Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

1. Follow the same return process above
2. Clearly indicate the item(s) you wish to exchange for
3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

If the exchange item is more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference. If less expensive, we’ll refund the difference.
