How do I choose the right size for dancewear?
Each product page includes detailed size charts with measurements. For performance costumes, we recommend ordering one size up from your regular dancewear size to allow for comfortable movement. If you’re between sizes or need fitting advice, our dancewear experts at [email protected] can help.
Do you offer dance shoes for different skill levels?
Yes! Our ballet and character shoes accommodate beginners through professionals. Product descriptions specify the recommended skill level, and many styles offer different sole options (full sole for beginners, split sole for advanced dancers).

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We provide two dancer-focused shipping methods:
  1. Standard Express Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, arriving 10-15 business days after dispatch – perfect for urgent performance needs
  2. Free Standard Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving 15-25 business days after dispatch – ideal for planned wardrobe updates
How long does order processing take?
We carefully check and pack all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships from our Colorado Springs studio.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide! However, delivery to some Asian and remote locations may experience slight delays or restrictions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can deliver to your address.

Can I create an account to track my orders?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 15-day return window from delivery date. Items must be:
  • Unworn
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving returned items.
How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item for a different size?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. You’ll need to return the original item (following our return policy) and place a new order for the correct size. We process refunds quickly to minimize any delay in receiving your preferred size.

Performance Preparation

How early should I order performance costumes?
For competitions or recitals, we recommend ordering at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This allows time for:
  • Standard shipping (15-25 days)
  • Potential customs delays (international orders)
  • Final adjustments or replacements if needed
For last-minute needs, choose our Express Shipping option (10-15 days after dispatch).
What if my costume arrives damaged?
We carefully package all items, but if damage occurs, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
